Levi Hunt, Owner, President

Trained as a chef, Levi has worked in leading San Francisco restaurants. Moving out of the kitchen, Levi led the expansion of La Boulange cafes for many years. Excited by the building process, Levi transitioned to the construction industry, building restaurants with top chefs across the Bay Area.

A licensed general contractor, Levi leads the Echo Summit Construction team as President.


Chris Brown, Owner, CFO

Chris has extensive experience on the client side of food service and restaurant construction management. As project manager, Chris built new restaurants and led remodels and projects for independently owned and franchise restaurants.  Chris knows how to work effectively with tradespeople and corporate team members to keep sites operating at their peak.

As CFO for Echo Summit Construction, Chris understands the importance of managing costs for small businesses and corporations.


Kevin Ann Jordan, Owner, Director of Operations

Kevin brings broad experience in project and business management to the Echo Summit Construction team. As an experienced project manager, Kevin keeps the business on track from the office. In addition to supporting our clients, subcontractors and site supervisors, Kevin manages everything from finances to social media.

Fred Halpert, Project Manager

Fred has been in the restaurant business for 35 years. As a chef-owner for 18 years and a construction project manager in the Bay Area for 10 years, Fred appreciates the entire spectrum of the restaurant business and the importance of a quality product. Fred develops great relationships with Bay Area chefs, owners and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered to everyone's satisfaction.


Andrew Karcie, Project Manager

Andrew is an experienced project manager, dedicated to delivering commercial construction projects on-time and within budget. Andrew has worked in the Bay Area managing tenant improvement projects, coordinating the buildout of multi-family residential high-rise projects and managing retail construction for many years. Working closely with owners, architects and subcontractors, Andrew delivers projects of the highest standard.
